FUN and challenging workouts focusing on overall fitness, strength training, cognitive skills and balance. Workouts include heavy bags, speed bags, core work, stretches and a variety of fun activites that contribute to balance and a sense of well-being.
No boxing experience is nesessary. People of all ages are able to participate according to their ability. Participants, both male and female, range in age from mid-40s to early 90s.
